I am a 63 yr old female who does a lot of outdoor activities. This bike is perfect for me, I can pretty much take it anywhere. I had hand surgery and have a missing thumb joint and I was actually able to shift the controls/with hand brace and the twist throttle was a bonus. I get so many compliments on the color and style. I have 150 mi on it in just a few short weeks.
We purchased two Trax. Orange 26” and White 24” Assembly was easy. One headlight/Horn did not operate. Contacted support and after following testing instructions light/horn operation was great. All contact with support was on line. Worked great. We both enjoy the bicycles at 70 yo these e-bikes have me out and enjoying the trails.
Fast and comfortable bike
Packaging: The bike came in a super thick heavy duty box and was very well packaged.
Assembly: The bike needs to be installed with handlebars, wheels, headlight, and pedals, but luckily they have an installation video on the link. This makes the installation much easier.
Controls: Very simple. Battery life: I wish it would last forever, but it is perfect for my morning trip to the gym, casual rides just to get out and relax, run errands, etc.
Riding experience: The whole ride was generally good.
Comfort: The seat is very comfortable. The handlebars are just right.
Conclusion: I recommend it. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
We love our new Ranger and Trax. Love the colors also. Had them out twice now and can't believe how much we enjoy them. The batteries still have well over 80% charge after close to 20 miles. Very comfortable ride with the full suspensions. Couldn't have chosen two better bikes for our needs. Plan to put plenty fo miles on them.
I received my Trax 4 months ago and I have 2380k on it already. I absolutely love the full suspension, it gives such a nice smooth ride. So far I have no complaints, I’m very pleased!
My wife loves the bike! Honestly I'm probably going to buy another one for myself!
Have had it about a week, for my wife. I also have a Ovia (cadence motor). We love it, east to assemble, the motor is great, hydraulic disc brakes are very nice ! We really like both e-bikes and are now riding together ! I may end up with a Trax soon, but I still live my Ovia! I do like the Trax torque motor over the Ovia cadence motor. Happy trails!
I have always been an avid bike rider and was somewhat skeptical about purchasing an e-bike. I purchased the Trax bike last summer and ride early mornings here in Florida. I have now 2400 mi on the odometer and have enjoyed every mile. I want to burn some calories and ride an average of 10 to 15 miles each day I ride.
This is our second bike from Watt Wheelz, the first being the Kommoda fat tire bike. We found the 26 inch was just too big and my wife not feeling comfortable riding by herself with an 80lbs bike. The 24 inch one was just what we were looking for, love it. Rides like a a true cruiser with the e-bike kick. Got too say I rode four other e-bikes before getting the Trax and found this to be the best choice for us.
