Heart of The Matter

The core of the Specter’s power is the Bafang G510 (M620) system, which itself is the flagship of Bafang’s lineup. The G510 system holds a royal flush of specs: mid-drive, 1000W, torque sensor, 160 N.m torque, and both throttle and pedal assist. In layman’s terms, the system has great balance, power, utility, feels intuitive, and is used in high-powered cargo bikes, mountain bikes, and high-speed bikes alike.

The torque-sensing pedal assist from the motor is a standout feature for climbing hills. With a press of the feet, the electric system delivers power perfectly tailored to the pressure on the pedals. The predictability and immediacy of the torque sensor delivers the perfect amount of power in any condition. The match of intuition and technology make this an excellent system for rough and varied conditions, something that a cadence-based motor simply cannot do.

Rear Suspension

The DNM rear suspension sets the Eunorau SPECTER-S apart from the rest of the EUNORAU lineup, making it the ultimate e-bike. Take on any trail with maximum comfort and control.

Inverted Front Suspension

Absorbing a lot of jarring bumps and shocks on rugged routes, EUNORAU's inverted 140mm travel fork helps maintain your energy, helping you focus on riding better and faster. (*The color of the front fork compression knob may vary from the product photo but maintains the same functionality.)

REMOVABLE BATTERY

The removable battery system is a game changer that offers unmatched convenience when re-charging. With a simple twist of a key, you can take out the battery and charge it where ever you want to.

SRAM NX 11 SPEED DERAILLEUR

Combined with the powerhouse motor is a Sram NX 11 speed derailleur and an 11 to 42 tooth cassette. The Sram NX is at about the top of the enthusiast ladder when it comes to performance. The system interfaces perfectly with the motor, largely due to the shift detection that is combined with the motor.

DOUBLE SIDED BASH GUARD

The double-sided aluminum bash guard on this model helps protect the chain ring teeth from strikes, while also keeping the chain locked firmly into place. There is also a built in chain guide to reduce the chances of derailing.

2 MODE LIGHTS

2 Modes on each light: You can choose your favorite mode for riding - steady or flashing. Visible to motorists over 1500 feet away.

EFFICIENT BRAKES

These brakes are sensitive, but provide efficient and ample force when braking. When riding in harsh conditions, they break swiftly and can be relied upon to ensure your safety.

BRIGHT DISPLAY

The 860C display has bright numerics and is easy to read even in direct sunlight. With waterproof connectors, it displays battery life, speed and distance, and has push mode - a feature to use if pushing the bike uphill.

Shipping & Return policy

Free Shipping on Orders Over $99

At WattWheelz, we offer free shipping on all orders over $99. Once your order is shipped, it typically arrives within 2-7 business days Monday-Friday. Please note that there is a 1-3 day handling time before shipments leave our warehouse. Smaller items are shipped via UPS or FedEx, while larger items and bulk orders are sent through freight services, which require a more detailed delivery process.

Freight Shipping Details:

  • Most large items are shipped on a pallet.
  • Some freight carriers may contact you to schedule a delivery time, while others may deliver to the nearest accessible location (curbside) or as close to your garage door as possible.

Pre-Delivery Checklist: While most shipments arrive without issue, we recommend inspecting your packages upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please email photos to support@wattwheelz.com within 48 hours to initiate a return or exchange.

Receipt of Products & Damages: An adult must be present to sign for and inspect the goods upon delivery. It is crucial to check for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier, and they will arrange for the damaged item to be retrieved. The item must remain in its original box and packaging for the return process. Once the damaged product is collected, we will coordinate with our suppliers to ship you a replacement.

Manufacturing Defects: If you discover a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations: Orders can generally be canceled without penalty if they haven't shipped yet. We typically ship orders within 24-72 business hours, plus the 1-3 day handling time. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Orders canceled after shipment will be processed as a return under our 30-day return policy, which may include return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.

Upon Delivery:

  1. Verify Package Contents: Ensure that the number of pallets or pieces listed on the delivery receipt matches what you receive. If any items are missing, note this on the delivery receipt (e.g., "Received 3 out of 4 pieces") and contact us immediately at (302)-414-9758. We will help you locate the missing items or arrange for replacements.
  2. Inspect for Damage: Look for visible damage such as crushed corners, holes, or broken pallets, which may indicate internal damage. If you notice any issues, take photos and send them to support@wattwheelz.com within 48 hours.
  3. Concealed Damage: If you discover damage after accepting the shipment, send photos to support@wattwheelz.com within 48 hours or call (302)-414-9758. We will guide you through the process of handling damaged deliveries.

$9.99 Flat-Rate Shipping:

For orders under $99, we offer a flat shipping rate of $9.99. The shipping fee remains the same regardless of the size of your order as long as it is below the free shipping threshold.

What's a Backorder?

If an order is placed on a product that is listed as back-ordered (or is advised due to no inventory), our protocol at Watt Wheelz is to charge the customer's credit card or PayPal account at the time the order is placed. This helps us maintain more control over any fulfillment delays. Our goal is to avoid:

  • Undesired delays in the receipt of your product, which could occur if there are changes to your payment information or if there is a delay in providing updated details to us.
  • Intentional attempts at fraud by customers who might provide false payment information with the intent of fraudulently receiving products.
  • The collection and handling of your sensitive financial information through delayed order fulfillment and shipment. We have strict internal controls in place to minimize the risk of fraud, and we make every effort to avoid handling sensitive financial data.

This protocol is designed to avoid costly and frustrating issues like postponed shipments, cancellations, or fraudulent attempts to receive shipments. These problems often arise when incorrect or false payment information is submitted, either intentionally or unintentionally. While Waiting...

If you've placed a backorder and did not intend to do so, you may take the following actions:

  1. Review other comparable products on our site and consider purchasing an alternative. If you would like to modify your order, please place a new order and contact us immediately so we can issue a refund for your original order.
  2. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel and refund your order in full once we confirm the cancellation with the manufacturer. Simply email us at support@wattwheelz.com with your cancellation request. You can also inquire about inventory availability so you can place a new order when the item becomes available.

Please allow a minimum of five (5) business days for your credit card company to post the credit.

Unless we receive written confirmation from you via email about any of the above actions prior to shipment, we will assume you wish to keep your current order in place until the product becomes available. In this case, we will continue to work closely with the manufacturer to fulfill your order as quickly as possible and will provide you with shipping and tracking information once it's available.
