So far have ridden several miles on small errands with the HovCart and satisfied with its power and durability for the price. It’s my first e-bike and it is FUN!
I almost feel like it could go off-roading but it is a heavy bike and I wouldn’t want to get stuck in mud. I have yet to remove the speed cap, but will do soon.
Only complaints are it arrived with some scratches and a bad computer which HAVSCO sent a replacement promptly. I also expected the child seat and running boards per the "free gift" promotion, which they have also promised to send along shortly. I think those additions will help the 8 and 11 year old feel more comfortable riding as passengers. The backseat is fairly low, and the running boards would definitely help to keep feet from touching the ground.
