HEADLIGHT: The FLEX Overland is fitted with high efficiency and bright LED headlight powered by the main battery and controlled by a keypad on the handlebar.
TAIL LIGHT: Taillight and reflector provide more safety riding in the dark. It powers up once the headlight is switched on. These taillights also double as brake light, turning on when brake is applied.
SADDLE: The unisex saddles, professionally designed with cuts and curves for high performance pedaling, and wide enough for long upright cruises, are the most relaxing, cushion saddles with ultimate comfort and style for all riders.
Fat Cushion Tires: The Flex Overland is outfitted with 20 x 3.3'' off-road type fat tires. These thick tires provide sufficient cushion to increase riding comfort, dynamic maneuverability, and handling in a variety of terrains. Tires are fat and knobby enough to provide excellent traction on wet cement, asphalt, dirt, or gravel trails while producing minimal noise and drag on routine urban paved rides.
Hydraulic Disk Brake: Top-tier Tektro hydraulic disc brakes with electronic cut-off sensors increase the safety of both the bike and the rider. When you apply the brakes, the electronic sensor cuts off all power to the motor, allowing the bike to brake faster and stop in a shorter distance rather than allowing two opposing forces to act in opposite directions.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $99
At WattWheelz, we offer free shipping on all orders over $99. Once your order is shipped, it typically arrives within 2-7 business days Monday-Friday. Please note that there is a 1-3 day handling time before shipments leave our warehouse. Smaller items are shipped via UPS or FedEx, while larger items and bulk orders are sent through freight services, which require a more detailed delivery process.
Freight Shipping Details:
Pre-Delivery Checklist: While most shipments arrive without issue, we recommend inspecting your packages upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please email photos to support@wattwheelz.com within 48 hours to initiate a return or exchange.
Receipt of Products & Damages: An adult must be present to sign for and inspect the goods upon delivery. It is crucial to check for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier, and they will arrange for the damaged item to be retrieved. The item must remain in its original box and packaging for the return process. Once the damaged product is collected, we will coordinate with our suppliers to ship you a replacement.

Manufacturing Defects: If you discover a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item at no extra cost to you.
Cancellations: Orders can generally be canceled without penalty if they haven't shipped yet. We typically ship orders within 24-72 business hours, plus the 1-3 day handling time. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Orders canceled after shipment will be processed as a return under our 30-day return policy, which may include return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.

What's a Backorder?
If an order is placed on a product that is listed as back-ordered (or is advised due to no inventory), our protocol at Watt Wheelz is to charge the customer's credit card or PayPal account at the time the order is placed. This helps us maintain more control over any fulfillment delays. Our goal is to avoid:

These problems often arise when incorrect or false payment information is submitted, either intentionally or unintentionally. If you've placed a backorder and did not intend to do so, you may take the following actions:
Please allow a minimum of five (5) business days for your credit card company to post the credit.
Unless we receive written confirmation from you via email about any of the above actions prior to shipment, we will assume you wish to keep your current order in place until the product becomes available. In this case, we will continue to work closely with the manufacturer to fulfill your order as quickly as possible and will provide you with shipping and tracking information once it's available.
