BATTERY PACK

The ENVO Battery powering the Flex Trike is super lightweight, down tube mounting Li-Ion pack in a stylish thin ABS case with an auto-connect socket, a charge indicator, security lock. The battery is removable and can reach a range of up to 50km / 30miles per charge on pedal assist level 1. The battery can be charged on or off the bike frame using the little portable CC-CV smart Li-Ion battery charger. The ENVO Battery is an A-grade branded Li-Ion battery, comprising of LG or Panasonic Li-Ion cells and a BMS that avoids battery from overcharging, overloading, and other hazardous activities, thereby increasing both cyclic and calendar life of the battery. Battery cells have been selected for best operating in freezing temperatures. Flex comes with a dual battery option, allowing you to go twice as far in your travels. Dual batteries on Flex Cargo Trike gives you 920Wh of battery capacity, allowing you to travel up to 100km / 62miles on a single charge.

E-ASSIST SYSTEM

The ENVO Flex is equipped with an advanced pedal-assist sensor with an optimized torque emulation software. The advanced torque emulating Pedal Assist Sensor (PAS) signals the controller to run the motor between 5 levels of pedal assist, providing a boost to your pedalling depending on the level of assistance you select while riding. The ENVO Flex is equipped with an on-demand thumb throttle that gives you an extra boost which activates the motor proportionally to the twist, does not matter if you are pedaling, to give you a fully electric ride in case you cannot pedal or need an instant acceleration or uphill push.

GEARED MOTOR HUB

ENVO FLEX Flex is equipped with a sealed, powerful, upkeep free, geared hub motor that offers 500W power and 60Nm torque. Our motors are designed efficiently and hence are lighter than most powered geared hub motors in Canada, yet they deliver high torque and efficiency. These ENVO motors are developed for over 20,000Km / 12,500miles maintenance-free ride.

ADJUSTABLE STEM

The FLEX Trike comes with an adjustable telescopic handlebar, this lets the rider do the ergonomic fine tuning allowing them to choose efficient pedaling position.

TIRES

Flex Trike comes with 20inch urban style fat tires. These fat tires are cushion enough to improve ride comfort, dynamic maneuverability, and handling in different terrains. Tires are fat and knobby enough for the best grip on wet cement, asphalt paved, dirt or gravel trails which creates minimum noise and drag for normal urban paved rides.

DISK BRAKE

Top of the line mechanical disk brakes equipped with electric cut-off sensors provide more safety to the bike as well as the rider. Flex Trike comes with brakes on all of the wheels, allowing for better handling and safer ride.

TRANSMISSION SYSTEM

Well-engineered 52T chain ring and 7 speed 11-32 teeth cassette transmission help you overcome up to 25% grade when climbing a hill on gear 1 or 40km/h / 25mph speed on gear 6 with gentle peddling.

At WattWheelz, we offer free shipping on all orders over $99. Once your order is shipped, it typically arrives within 2-7 business days Monday-Friday. Please note that there is a 1-3 day handling time before shipments leave our warehouse. Smaller items are shipped via UPS or FedEx, while larger items and bulk orders are sent through freight services, which require a more detailed delivery process.

Freight Shipping Details:

  • Most large items are shipped on a pallet.
  • Some freight carriers may contact you to schedule a delivery time, while others may deliver to the nearest accessible location (curbside) or as close to your garage door as possible.

Pre-Delivery Checklist: While most shipments arrive without issue, we recommend inspecting your packages upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please email photos to support@wattwheelz.com within 48 hours to initiate a return or exchange.

Receipt of Products & Damages: An adult must be present to sign for and inspect the goods upon delivery. It is crucial to check for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier, and they will arrange for the damaged item to be retrieved. The item must remain in its original box and packaging for the return process. Once the damaged product is collected, we will coordinate with our suppliers to ship you a replacement.

Manufacturing Defects: If you discover a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations: Orders can generally be canceled without penalty if they haven't shipped yet. We typically ship orders within 24-72 business hours, plus the 1-3 day handling time. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Orders canceled after shipment will be processed as a return under our 30-day return policy, which may include return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.

  1. Verify Package Contents: Ensure that the number of pallets or pieces listed on the delivery receipt matches what you receive. We will help you locate the missing items or arrange for replacements.
  2. Inspect for Damage: Look for visible damage such as crushed corners, holes, or broken pallets, which may indicate internal damage. If you notice any issues, take photos and send them to support@wattwheelz.com within 48 hours.
  3. Concealed Damage: If you discover damage after accepting the shipment, send photos to support@wattwheelz.com within 48 hours or call (302)-414-9758. We will guide you through the process of handling damaged deliveries.

What's a Backorder?

If an order is placed on a product that is listed as back-ordered (or is advised due to no inventory), our protocol at Watt Wheelz is to charge the customer's credit card or PayPal account at the time the order is placed. This helps us maintain more control over any fulfillment delays. Our goal is to avoid:

  • Undesired delays in the receipt of your product, which could occur if there are changes to your payment information or if there is a delay in providing updated details to us.
  • Intentional attempts at fraud by customers who might provide false payment information with the intent of fraudulently receiving products.
  • The collection and handling of your sensitive financial information through delayed order fulfillment and shipment. We have strict internal controls in place to minimize the risk of fraud, and we make every effort to avoid handling sensitive financial data.

This protocol is designed to avoid costly and frustrating issues like postponed shipments, cancellations, or fraudulent attempts to receive shipments. These problems often arise when incorrect or false payment information is submitted, either intentionally or unintentionally. While Waiting...

If you've placed a backorder and did not intend to do so, you may take the following actions:

  1. Review other comparable products on our site and consider purchasing an alternative. If you would like to modify your order, please place a new order and contact us immediately so we can issue a refund for your original order.
  2. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel and refund your order in full once we confirm the cancellation with the manufacturer. Simply email us at support@wattwheelz.com with your cancellation request. You can also inquire about inventory availability so you can place a new order when the item becomes available.

Please allow a minimum of five (5) business days for your credit card company to post the credit.

Unless we receive written confirmation from you via email about any of the above actions prior to shipment, we will assume you wish to keep your current order in place until the product becomes available. In this case, we will continue to work closely with the manufacturer to fulfill your order as quickly as possible and will provide you with shipping and tracking information once it's available.
